1. Returns
Eligibility:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition:
- Unused and unworn.
- Unwashed and free of odors.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and any protective covers intact.

- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Do Not Ship to Our Office: Please wait for instructions. Sending a product to our corporate address without authorization will delay the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Innerwear & Lingerie
- Socks & Hosiery
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts)
- Customized or Personalized Items
2. Refunds

- KapraDekho’s Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
